Episode 15 - From Tech Geek to Trusted Seller with Nigel Moore
With Brian Gillette and Nigel Moore
In Episode 15, Brian sits down with Nigel Moore, founder of The Tech Tribe and a beloved leader in the MSP community. But this isn’t just another Nigel Moore interview.
Instead of retelling the greatest hits, Nigel speaks to us about something deeper: how his upbringing shaped his money mindset and how that mindset almost sabotaged his ability to sell. This episode is an honest look at the journey many tech-minded business owners face when they’re suddenly expected to sell. Nigel’s transformation from an introverted technician with sweaty palms to a trusted advisor who understands the true service behind selling is both inspiring and grounding.
If you’ve ever struggled with feeling “salesy,” or if your relationship with money gets in the way of making confident offers, this one’s for you. Whether you know Nigel or not, this conversation brings something new to the table.

Nigel Moore
I started in the IT / Technology industry in 1998 just before the dot com boom (wow, there were some lessons learnt there) and up until 2016 I had been running IT or Technology companies in some form or another for most of this time. In July 2016, I successfully sold my IT business and I now focus on one of my core passions - helping other entrepreneurs and business owners better run their Technology / IT businesses. I help them get in control of their time, learn how to market, how to hire A-players, how to find new clients and everything else needed to run a successful 6, 7 or 8 figure IT business without having to work in it 50 - 60 - 70+ hours a week.
